I expected it to be an actual wandering inn like Howl’s moving castle or something. I am really disappointed

Can you explain to me the reasons why it makes sense? Becayse he is actually raising a good point(I am enjoying the story, but his.point stands)

A lot of places, most of those that do don’t give much, not to mention they split it up by gender so guys get the condom banana if at all and girls get whatever weird archaic lesson they get and then people wonder why most guys don’t know much about tampons not out of lack of care but never really getting a chance outside of walking up to a girl and saying “tell me about tampons” it’s treated as taboo to tell men about it so the most they learn is women bleed once a month and they get angry

You do realize that many, many parts of the USA don’t teach sex ed of any kind in school? And many more places teach ‘abstinence only’ education, with barely any info other than ‘don’t have sex cause it’s bad, m’kay?’. Not only that, but lots of parents don’t teach their kids about stuff, either.

I believe the story very much did a good job telling us why she can’t/wouldn’t do that. not straight up telling us but you can get the guess of it by understanding what you read.

There are other rooms upstairs with beds and she still sleeps at the table.

And people are talking about how realistic this is.
