I think that the chapter mentioned wiping all agents out for 100 miles around the lands. Lady Assassin presuming too much hospitality should have been in that being wiped out.
Good.

Well, the assain guild is, no more?, i bet we gonna get some very hidden super magic faces outanowehere, or retirement, so that the guild continues to exist cuz of course it does. Well, regardless, the circle still abound?, only withouth a dog

The last few chapters, just wow. I’ve been a reader my whole life and can honestly say, you are pretty much peerless. Thought Persua might win by a few minutes but glad i was wrong. Love this series so much

For years they run a prosperous tight ship under Magnolia. They switch to supporting the Circle and suddenly they’re way too committed to the cause. It feels weird without getting the backstory behind this.

Anything, it seemed, to distract her from reality.

I’m guessing this part meant to say
“Anything seemed to distract her from reality.”

The King of Destruction laughed. He straightened. “I am the King of Destruction.

Flos’s dialogue should be on a new line.

Shoot the horses you idiot! On them!

On them! -> Or them!

Her guard pursued the immobilized [Assassin]. Made short work of them.

[Assassin] -> [Assassins] and maybe guard -> guards?

Assuming she somehow regained her connection with the system after the fae stopped it entirely…

Doubtful. Experience from canceled level ups seems to go away completely. She wouldn’t have some huge bank of stored xp that would get used, she’d just start from level 0 with whatever experience gains the current event gave her.

Her jumping from 0 to 10-15 could be very possible, maybe even 20. But beyond that would be highly unlikely.

Pretty much all of them do make enough sense to be fine, actually. Many people in the comments seem to have vastly exaggerated distances, are trying to use maps that are explicitly non-canon, don’t actually do any research on how fast things can move, and/or completely forget or ignore the effects of magic/Skills on things in Innworld.

The numbers may not always be perfect, but I have yet to see anything that a little brain work can’t resolve. The author might have to fudge numbers a bit here and there, but it has never seemed out of the realm of plausibility once you factor in system shenanigans.

As far as putting people in the right places, that wouldn’t be hard, especially with them being scried most of the way. They would still have to nominally follow certain roads, especially for things like crossing rivers. You can go off-road somewhat, but only up to a point, otherwise you lose any sort of reasonable navigation.

They already know the end destination, so with the scrying, you can narrow down choke points rather easily.

Pretty sure the point they were trying to make was that Ryoka likely wasn’t flying in the direction of Veltras, once she got picked up by the storm. She completely lost control of the wind, and couldn’t see the ground to navigate at all, so she could have been flying in circles for however long of a time it took for everything to calm down. She could have gotten turned around and flown back towards Invrisil for a while. It seems like a short time in the story, but she could have been up there for hours and barely moved a few miles in the correct direction.

The Faces, on the other hand, would have been able to head straight for the Veltras keep. They didn’t need to track her at all, because they knew her destination. They also had potions and spells and whatnot to help keep their speed up, and had been riding in a coach most of the way so they weren’t tired from over a full day of running.

Assuming they managed to make the distance at all in time, seeing Ryoka come down would have been quite possible, and even likely if the skies were clear. A hang glider can be visible from a number of miles away.
