I can’t wait to finish the series and re-read.
I’m glad they stepped in before the completely nonconsensual sex happened, but maybe Okasha could have a spare body for her personal time when Geneva is sleeping. Split the day equally 12 hours and put Geneva in a hospital bed or something?
I grew up in a shared room, and now I’m married. Bad roommates grow so bitter over time. I can’t imagine someone graping my body from the inside. Outside is bad enough.
Okasha didn’t mean to go nuts in prison, I hope she can be rehabbed instead of put down.
Being pressured and nagged into sex was its own issue, O almost crossed a huge line.

Not really because anyone can use a wand…and bombs aren’t any more powerful than higher level spells.

well the D also bloody heck has been turned a full flawed character, unable to think ahead and antagonizing the only stuff that keeps ur body moving, holy crap, what, she became autistic with the ptsd then, so tunnel vision she got in the entire chapter, well, now you are a prisioner within your own? body, some of what usually called the worse of the diseases available for hummies. congrats.

8?

Exactly. People of in world are too reliant on their classes and skills. They don’t *learn*. If they can’t do it from their class they don’t even try.

Both Geneva and Okasha made mistakes and lessons were learned.
Without Okasha- Geneva would have died and the same for Geneva.

Pisces (or any other necromancer) wouldn’t be able to heal her.

Assuming that there is even enough bone remaining to mend – Okasha probably had to remove at least some bone tissue to prevent sharp pieces from continually cutting her apart internally, as well as her body slowly absorbing pulverized bone dust – a necromancer wouldn’t be able to fix her nerves. What nerves actually remain in the damaged section of her spine are probably also fairly degraded, as the wound is now months old.

The nerves would be the biggest factor, either way, rather than the bones. Your spine is going to have way, way more nerves running through it compared to something like an arm or leg. Getting all those nerves reconnected properly is not something the body is good at doing on its own. Which means things like potions would be of limited help, if they worked at all on an old wound like that.

Both BlackMage and Laken seemed to have had visits, as well. Quite likely a lot of other Earthers did as well, though it seems possibly ones that were on their own were approached.

You forgot to add “And can fly?” in that list.

Definitely gives more punch to the dragon comparison.

People like Magnolia aren’t worried about a few level 60 people with guns. Because, as you said, they wouldn’t be much different than other powerful artifacts at that level. Stronger, maybe, but they are still only a few strong people overall.

What they are worried about is a few million Antinium with guns, that can outperform virtually any army sent against them, because level 10-15 soldiers wouldn’t be able to withstand that.

Or a goblin army – hell, even just a goblin tribe – armed with guns. A normal tribe is still usually only a bronze or silver rank that, depending on size. Even a small tribe with guns would be more gold rank, and A larger tribe could easily be named rank threat level.

Even just a group of typical bandits would be much, much more of a threat if they had access to guns.

This, for sure.

Okasha absolutely went too far. And regardless of how long she’s been in Geneva’s body, she should respect the bounds Geneva has for what to do.with her body.

But, Geneva was also absolutely in the wrong for ignoring Okasha much of the time, and effectively abusing her by working her body past its limits over and over again. She’s treating Okasha like a tool to do with as she pleases, rather than another living being.

Both of them crossed multiple lines of morality.
