Redfang froze, mid-step. So did Leapwolf. –> Redscar froze, mid-step.

At this rate, you could kill a few Wyverns and fund a kingdom.

He’s not incapable, he’s just lazy.

And very, very, very old. He’s seen everything that has happened in the story so far happen hundreds or thousands of times. He’s seen that, even if his actions have consequences for other people right now… in 200 years, those consequences will mean little. In 2,000 years, they’ll mean virtually nothing. In 20,000 years, it is unlikely there will even be records of those consequences. And Teriarch will still likely be around, watching as the same events happen again and again.

“Redfang froze, mid-step.”

— Redscar froze…

there is no way to definitively prove that the Innworld isn’t a videogame or constructed world, but at the same time, it’s also impossible to prove Earth isn’t the same

it’s kinda a lazy theory that takes away from much of the intrigue and theory-crafting

”Why do levels exist?” It’s a videogame
”Why does this world share so many similarities to Earth?” It’s a videogame
”Where did this world originate from?” The devs created it as a videogame

I’m pretty sure that knight guy on Rhir is approaching level 40 by now, since he was having a party celebrating level 30 during the late winter

There’s no reason to assume physics works the same on this planet

unless Earthers are experiencing altered gravity and simply didn’t mention it, the gravity on this planet is artificially low (I believe Ryoka calculated the planet to be 3x Earth’s surface area, looking at maps, which would indicate a noticeable increase in gravity), so all bets are off for how difficult it is to get to the moons and launch rockets
