In the (unnumbered) interlude at the end of Book 5, the as-yet-unnamed [Fist Fighter] says:
“Five silver coins if you’ve a [Warrior] class of any kind. A gold coin if you win. Two silver if you’ve no classes in combat.”
When asked the cost for Gold-rank adventurer, he says “Five silver, sir.”.
