She became a mage, but was then immediately consolidated into a druid.

Griffon Hunt was staying in Liscor, since they didn’t want to sleep in the same place as the hobs. Typhenous would thus be presumed to be in Liscor at the time of the theft, assuming no one saw him leave or reenter the city. Most people are not going to just randomly accuse gold ranks for an incident like this, unless they had a good reason to suspect those adventurers were present at the scene.

Griffon Hunt was staying in Liscor, because they didn’t want to stay at the inn while the hobs were there. Unless the Watch saw him at the inn that night, or coming back to the city or something, they’d have no reason to suspect him. He’s also always been friendly to the inn, so without him being present at the time, they aren’t going to just randomly decide to interrogate gold rank adventurers.

Primates are social animals, but they are not the same style of pack animals as canines.

Most canines can be made subservient to just about any sort of “pack leader”, whether that be another canine, a human, or (in this case) a gnoll.

The word “penny” is derived much earlier than the industrial revolution.

Considering the age of Innworld, and the fact time seems to flow faster on Earth than Innworld (some Earthers were taken from Earth many months apart, but appeared on Innworld within days/weeks of each other), it is likely that many things on Earth actually developed on Innworld and were brought to Earth, rather than the reverse. English as a language was only developed about 1,600 years ago, give or take. Innworld Common seems to have been the universal language for the world for much, much longer than that.

With the fae – and possibly others – being able to move between worlds, they could have brought tidbits from Innworld or other realms to Earth. When the fae permanently left Earth, things stopped being brought over, and Earth developed naturally from that point. Now the Earthers are starting to bring our advancements to Innworld.

I’m always glad to see different kinds of magic. And it’s so nice visiting Krshia.

If she didn’t become a mage, is there a reason Gnolls can’t become mages?
