Pallass has siege weapons, yes… but they also seem like they’d be way more against selling them to anyone and everyone that wanted them. We haven’t really seen any of the other walled cities yet, but it hasn’t sounded like they – or other drake cities – have a glut of siege weapons from Pallass.

From what few references I remember so far in the story, minotaurs also have siege weapons, and are far more likely to sell them to others – and even that is extremely, incredibly rare and very expensive.

Laken develops his trebuchets in a matter of months, and appears to be willing to sell them off in job lots, with almost zero qualms about doing so. Even if his empire needs funds, you would think he’d put in a little more thought about doing so, especially after his talk with Ryoka.

I really enjoy hearing your thoughts following each chapter. It’s one of the best part of web fiction, to me. Great story. ?

There’s so many dangling threads out there and it feels they’ve just been dropped in favor of repetition.

I get a kick out of the Silver Swords being … inept at dungeon.

Sorry you’re sick. You have to take care of yourself. Chapter a delight as usual. ?

It may be like two and a half years later, but somewhere around Volume II or III I started making a point to read the post-chapter comment. It helps remind me that this world is being shared with us because one individual had the brilliance to put some of its events to (figurative) paper.
I think I started reading about 5 months ago, and sometimes wish I had someone else reading with me to discuss things.. But that’s not the point. The point was, I enjoy reading your comments — just not as much as I enjoy reading your chapters!

Thank you for all you’ve done, and all you continue to do.

Hi. I’m enjoying the comments. Can someone please explain how the immortal moment can help him?
