Relc didn’t “insult” Rags, he attacked her and threatened to kill her, inside the inn. It is completely in character for Erin to find that a far greater offence than Ilvriss starting a bar fight and kicking off a boycott.

also, i suppose we were already shown how adventurers are more especialist in dungeon delving, than common soldery, which liscor got a company off, same amount as adventurers, if i read correctly, but doesnt seem that the adventurers are all gold rank, and by numbers it would be more like 10 to 20% of what we got,
doesnt pallas have bigass army?, else how do the walled cities war with each other continuously, this reinforcements seems like a beggar pittance. just a token to feel better.

say, the dungeon prevents the rain from coming, but no people… or rope, or anything the people bring with themselves, say u put a tube from the water lake on top of the entrance, into the entrance, and force some suction to keep a flow of water, i guess the water would get cleaned up?, force the dungeon to spend magics for free anyways.

In the earlier chapter that you referenced, I believe it was talking specifically about replacing her damaged bones with bear bones, which is why he gave that response.

In this chapter, he’s not attempting to use it as actual living bone replacement for her arms. It’s completely dead bone, and he’s also altering its shape and density. I imagine it would end up similar to metal reinforcements we use in modern medicine. Her body wouldn’t reject it because it isn’t detecting it as living tissue.

Back in the Doctor chapters, when Geneva was working on the War Walker, she had to manually reattach its arm for the potion to work.

If you got a freshly severed limb back in place just right, a potion might work. But, as noted in this chapter how flesh could just regrow over broken bones and create some sort of horror bone-flesh amalgam, using only a potion would be iffy at best.

Realistically, if Yvlon was willing to let Pisces do a lot of work on her, the best option would probably be dozens upon dozens of bone grafts over time. Have him steal a tiny bit of bone tissue from her legs, ribs, and upper arms every few days, and use magic to regrow what small bits he takes. Once he has a good supply of her own bone tissue, he should be able to effectively use that to regrow her lower arm bones without any rejection issues.

Normally, this wouldn’t be feasible, but as Yvlon can’t feel pain, it should be doable in theory.

Mages typically should have defenses – at least those that are (properly) Wistram trained. Falene has been shown to use personal defenses almost always, and she even made a note of how neither Ceria nor Pisces did so. Iirc, back in the Wistram Days chapters, one of the characters made a note of using defenses as well.

Unfortunately, most mages aren’t Wistram trained, so defenses are probably spotty for a lot of them. They rely more on enchanted gear or other party members to protect them. While this probably seems quite foolish, I imagine a lot of it is down to finding a proper spell book or teacher that can actually help them learn proper defense spells.

I’m pretty sure that conversation was about adding new bone to her arm. He’s just creating supports around the arm that aren’t connected to the marrow in the same way, as far as I can tell. If he could do what he said he couldn’t in that chapter he could just replace her mangled arm with other bones.
