Why are we on book 5 and Erin is still sleeping on the floor of her kitchen and cannot even defend her Inn without the help of her patrons? The Inn has all these skills and when it comes to actually using them, they’re extremely underwhelming. The slow progression is starting to get a little too slow for me.

Depends on how long the lunar cycle normally is. It could easily be more than it is on Earth, and if so, this could be the first full moon(s) that have occurred since the opening of the dungeon.

Presumably, the rift entrance was also sealed up somehow and just recently got uncovered as well, in some manner. Otherwise someone should have stumbled on it before. But, if it had always been there and just undiscovered for whatever reason, then it’s likely whatever barrier stops water from entering the dungeon also stops creatures in the dungeon from sensing anything outside. Until adventurers started using it and attracting the notice of monsters there, it may not have been seen as an actual exit by the denizens.

The humanoid typhoon?!

“Rabbiteater didn’t’ notice at first”- there is an extra apostrophe at the end of “didn’t”.

If bird becomes a bard he can use different songs to provide buffs, right? I know they do other stuff too.

I hope you write just enough to stay healhy. If writing extra chapters is taxing then don’t to it. Hey, maybe Bird Numbtung and a coupld of other people can start a banc. Now they need a drake, a nole, a human… LOL hmm. I have this immage of crazy concerts.

Skill: [Granny’s Best] achieved. Blueberry pie I remember from childhood is mine. Neither here nor there. I am most curious about the Bell. Bad, yes, but how and why? I want to know the mechanics of cursed/malicious stuff. Seems to me like Bird needs a bell, but maybe not the Bell.
