I agree with the curse but not elf part, the fae being sad of the goblins fate doesn’t mean they used to be elves, and especially since its been hinted that the half elves have something to do with the elves dying out, like when they curse ceria all the time, and when I think ryoka or Erin asked them why they harass ceria for being a half elf so much when they used to love elves the fae said that its because of their sins, and that she should ask Ceria herself what they had done.

I think rags is still a long way off, she really needs personal strength only way I can think she does it is by finding a teacher maybe the witch goblin for magic but even then magic takes time and witches are a different system to magicians, nebermind how long it takes to learn magic.
