Venitra is specifically told to stay under the radar. If she has no intention at all to cause trouble for anyone except Ryoka, then only Ryoka would have her dangersense trigger… which she unfortunately doesn’t have.

It was stated in the Clown chapters that levels do increase your “stats”, but we don’t know if it is by a set amount, or percentage increases, or somewhat random, etc. This would make sense as to why you could say someone at level X was equivalent to a Y-rank adventurer – even discounting specific skills they’d have, their “stats” would be high enough to put them on decent footing forma given rank.

Pretty sure Ceria was still listed as just an Elementalist prior to this. I remember her telling Illephres that she had classed up from Mage to that during the Wistram chapters.

Yep and ceria was already a cryomancer in vol 1 rewrite. sigh.
