Where’s your common sense, Geneva? Does it mean you would let killers slaughter your ppl and you won’t do a damn thing???

There are some “internal” wars, as you call them, though not so kuch on Baleros. The drakes have been described as having that kind of war, where officers and their nobility classes tend to be captured and remained, more than killed. I would imagine Terandria would be similar, as it is mostly human nations, with a lot more medieval-esque vibes (knights, honor, etc.). If the King of Destruction chapters were anything to go by, I would assume they also tend to have lots of prisoners, so they can make money from ransoms and slavery.

Other than those examples, though, I’d agree. Human vs drake on Izril seems to want both sides as dead as they can make them. Rhir is definitely “leave no demon alive” mentality. Everyone vs goblins wants all goblins dead. Undead want anything living to die.

In this particular instance, though, I would imagine both the centaur and dullahan companies that are fighting are gonna get some massively bad reputation after this finishes up. Not only did they attack the suppression companies, which they aren’t supposed to do, but now they’ve attacked another neutral party as well. They’ve also probably gone way beyond what is “normal” for two companies fighting, between using things like the Evercut Arrows and the air strikes. Paying for additional, outside help like that seems like it would above and beyond a typical fight, especially one out in the middle of nowhere like this one appears to be.

More than that, she needs an area control skill. Something similar to [Inn’s Aura], something that shields her camp from danger and prevents attacks/assassins.

I don’t doubt they both would do it at some point, but WHY at the same time. Why would they coordinated an attack like that?? Just let one side destroy the camp, that is bad enough, this nonsense just takes away any emotional impact the story otherwise could have had.

Turning point on neutrality was when the medics went visibly onto the field. Good intentions bad idea. There’s such a thing as too much attention. Old system worked.
