She never mentioned which two people in the party would be fighting over the item. While Ceria and Pisces would be the most likely pairing, both being mages so their equipment would be similar, you could probably make items for all the pairings of the group:

An item enchanted such that humans can’t use it would mean Ceria and Ksmvr fighting over it. Something non-humans can’t use would be Pisces and Yvlon.

A melee weapon would generally be Yvlon and Ksmvr, though some sort of rapier-like weapon could be Pisces and Ksmvr.

Some sort of item for women only would be Yvlon and Ceria.

If I was Ryoka, I probably would tell the group in private that, had she not sold the item and brought it back, half the gold ranks at the inn very well might have murdered the Horns in their sleep to obtain it.

Couple of minor issues with your list:

Pisces never ended up paying Erin any gold. It got immediately taken by Relc as a “fine” for all the theft and other law breaking Pisces did around the area. Other than the few silver he paid Erin the very first time, there has been no mention of him ever paying her any actual money, yet she continues to feed him. (Not sure if this was slightly retconned in the rewritten volume 1)

The initial teaching of magic is likely fairly low cost, if anyone actually charges anything, I would assume. Most people would probably just get a friend/relative/neighbor to help unlock it, or maybe pay a small fee at the mages guild. His teaching of Rags, on the other hand, would probably be worth a decent amount, though that was supposed to be as payment for Erin feeding him.

Toren would certainly have been worth a nice bit of money, if anyone was actually willing to pay for a necromantic creation. The objective value would be high, but actually finding a buyer would take so much time and effort it probably wouldn’t net much in the end.

The door was worth a decent bit, but realistically speaking, Erin’s usage of the door as a portal between cities increased its value significantly. Had the Horns tried to use it on their own, they’d have to be constantly lugging around a large, very heavy door everywhere they went. And as that isn’t a normal thing adventurers would typically just carry around, they’d probably have gotten some pretty bad attention from doing so. I could easily imagine the door being stolen from them, or them getting attacked for it, etc. Finding a safe place for the door to be used as an evac point would be an issue, as well.

So yeah, it’s worth a lot, but it would probably be more trouble than it was worth for them. Erin certainly got the better end of the deal from her small investments to the team, but she also gives them room and board for free, which over time would start to add up.

“ She lurched over to a table, wandering to sleep”. I think it is supposed to be wanting Vice wandering?

The Pisces POV was good. Erin sure has a lot of work though. She needs another employee. Will Toren come back to help, or to kill? Or not at all? Time will tell.

Did Ryoka give them that bag of holding? I see no mention of her giving it to them. Considering how HIGH QUALITY it was surely she would have mentioned it.

Adventurers need to be paranoid about that kind of thing!
And, come on, Pisces, even if you have banked ALL your worldly possessions (of worth) on ONE delivery girl, that person is not properly described as “She was hardly important in the grand scheme of things.” To him, she should be more important than anything.

Also, i think that Ryoka should not have mentioned that both mages would have fought about the “Wand of Bullseye”, but that is WAS a “Wand of Bullseye” that Archmages would kill parties for.

Aaaah, i enjoy these life of pizza slice stories. Anticlimactic, but sweeter than candy.
