This chapter certainly makes me like Magnolia a lot more than I did previously, as she seemed mainly to exist as an antagonist to our Erin and Ryoka, among others.

Things that make life more bearable. Easy sleeping, pain numbing, order comprehension. Whatever makes being a slave easier. Maybe some acting stuff, and lesser strength and endurance. Something to shit your mind off when following orders, making you able to pass through it like a dream.
