Usually falling on the 21st of december though sometimes on the 20th.

Imma suppose thats also endgame, somehow the inn will open portal to diferent worlds. kek, tfc.

Erin is still often such a ditz, just as she was at the beginning: why would this world have a holiday identical to the one on Earth. Also why would their new year even start on the same arbitrary day in winter that we chose? But that’s part of why she’s awesome and relatable. Wonder if we’ll see local celebrations/festivals and traditions as well.

Also look forward to finding out if/how will Octavia make penicillin in the apparent absence of anything approaching modern chemistry, mycology, germ theory, and all the other fancy stuff we take for granted. In the real world that took three years of deliberate and expensive effort.

Anyways, thanks for the lovely work!

“But you see, if you have a bit of color and maybe a little gossip, well, back home we call stuff like that magazines…”

Reading this story feels like returning to isekai’s roots. It wasn’t meant to be about litRPG number farming, or even heroic assaults on a demon king’s castle… it was meant to be about the cultural exchange.

…Nah, I’m talking out my ass. SAO is what brought isekai into the mainstream, putting litRPG and demon king type tropes front and center right from the start. But this stuff is what I’ve always considered its real appeal.

Wow. How people can actually believe that this far in is astounding.

example. In the first volume she’s surprised they don’t know certain things, like niches from earth, like music or things like a half elf not knowing TLOR’s elvish…

In vol 2 she’s expecting a world where everyone knows the gods are dead to believe in a god…

in the third volume she’s still wandering dumb things like “You dont know Christmas?” And her reactions to everything are all the same. So no idea wtf the author means when they say erin has changed…

Erin has always been a bitch. Look how often she hits people when she’s losing an argument, or how she treats homeless people lol. Or how many times she flips tables. She’s honestly repulsive. And somehow every character “finds themselves opening up to her” i mean sheer plot convenience is the only thing keeping her afloat. Pirates comment above says “Erin has changed so much” but in reality she hasnt changed a bit. She knows more sure, but the character is identical.

Revi didn’t do anything wrong, she just asked for food she could actually enjoy, and then Erin and Lyonette decide to sabotage her food for that? It’s really shitty of them.
