Ceria doesn’t seem all that different, to me, though Jr.Necromancer certainly does.
He seems the most changed, from the relatively sweet, young, chivalrous kid depicted here to the near complete asshole he becomes.

I checked and it appears as if porthole is one word, or can have a hyphen between the 2. Did not see that it is two words.

Also, earlier, “serpent hit the ocean, missing by only a few feet.” Sentence needs a bit of rearranging. The woman only missed by a few feet. The serpent clearly hit the ocean, no miss about it!

My son has been talking about your web serial for years now. He read the majority of it last summer. He has been encouraging me to read and I finally started last month. I am absolutely hooked! In section with Cognita, the section that said, “must first consult with I or an experienced mage”, should probably be “me or an experienced mage”… I certainly am no English expert, but I was taught that you should read it as they can both be independently written. Something like “She and me were walking the dog.” She was walking the dog. Me was walking the dog makes no sense, so me should be I. In your incredible, engaging, expertly written, fascinating, creative, astounding written tale, I thought “me” made more sense when separating. I could be wrong, but when I read what you wrote it seemed awkward.
