I just can’t believe Persua is still running about ,like this demon in human skin has already destroyed a fellow runner’s leg , then switched her potions so she might die when Ryoka needed them the most, then she stalks her with her lackies and literally tries to murder her yet when she gets trapped within bloodfields due to her own idiocicy she kills her own ‘friend’ to escape which would have been 2 of them if Ryoka hadn’t saved the other one and now she attempts to mob her in their own guild in front of the frickin ‘guildmaster’. yet, Ryoka is the one who gets banned? ……WHAT THE HELL!! .
Also, why hasn’t Ryoka reported this chick to the guards for murdering a person? And It’s pretty obvious this demon witch is about to do some horrible stuff even now , yet she WILL get the opportunity to do that………It’s been a while since I have been this triggerred by a female character but yeah I really wouldn’t lose sleep if Persua were to get mobbed by wolves you know.

You can’t just blame everything on the Vol.1 rewrite, though. Like:
The dumb Persua’s crony is trying to extort Ryoka of all her money in the middle of the Guild and no one bats an eye? Including the Guild Master?
The dumb Persua’s crony tries to kill the Fae despite being warned of the consequences, but the faes’ outrage is blamed on Ryoka? WTF?!

There are a few places where Ivolethe is spelled with an R or without the L or both

Gotta remember that the entirety of Volume 1 was rewritten, and that rewrite only finished relatively recently (I believe it was completed somewhere in the midst of Volume 9 being written, mid to late 2023?).

Volume 2 has only had the edits done during the original writing of it as far as I’m aware. There are a number of inconsistencies like this that will probably be rectified later on, once the author actually has time to do a decent rewrite or at least heavy editing pass of the entire volume.

Ryoka got it “worse” because she refused to stop running. Everything they did to her was bad and annoying, certainly, but it was all healable and individually minor. Had she not been so dead set on getting the delivery done at all costs as soon as possible with no real regard to her own well being, she would have been in much better shape.
