Erin was bone-tired, but she was still smiling and still, surprisingly, having fun. The adventurers weren’t jerks, and they liked her cooking.

This felt nice :) I think this is the first time she’s really vibed with her class

every once in a while there will be a sentence similar to this, and it hurts my heart every time. Honestly, with everything she’s been through, it’s incredible she seems perfectly sane most of the time (well, as sane as Erin can seem with her personality lol)

also, every time I see the name of the inn I get a little pang of disappointment. I’d really expected it to be a story about a literal wandering inn, but honestly I like it enough as is anyways (probably more than I would’ve liked the hypothetical, honestly)

Oof, le racisme naïf d’Erin.

It was dangerous and no mistake—but it was no Lich or even a stronger variety of the undead.
