New reader here: spent a bit of time ironing out a comfy way to say that and landed on an approcimation of “simver” but the Ks is pronounced similar to how you say the “ts” in Tsunami. Not totally silent but quick. Ksmvr -> Ksimver
(I read Klbch as “kEElb-kitch” previously so I think it tracks similar conventions)
