Outside of erin story they are outright horrendous.
The first half was ok, the magnolia part tho was horrible. I swear those characters are just intolerable and annoying.
The author present magnolia is a likable character(a character we shouldnlike, as it befriends the mc), but she isnjust annoying.
I literally want to punch someone.

Not necessarily a typo, but a tourniquet wouldn’t be used here. A tourniquet is used to cut off blood flow from a major injury, but that doesn’t make sense for something in someone’s midsection, much less “covering” the injury. It’s something you would use for a limb. for that sort of injury, you would want to use tape or gauze to stabilize the spike, but that’s a bit wordy and might not make sense to say from Royka’s perspective, so it would probably make sense to just say that it’s covered/bandaged/bandaged up (unless we are to assume that she is mislabeling, which I could also see, but I still had to mention it)

I am pretty sure she means she likes someone that is a go-getter like her. Not so much about her been forced to stay in one place but rather that she is more, much more, than meets the eye which is…intriguing in a sense.
